The School of Curiosity is a manifestation of a lifelong belief in the transformative power of curiosity. As Freya Stark said, "Curiosity is the one thing invincible in Nature." Here, we harness this innate capacity to drive personal growth, creativity, performance, and innovation.

Founded by me — Matteo de Castello — this is not a company, but a mission I’ve shaped over years of working in high-pressure creative environments.
I’ve worked across industries — as an actor, an executive and a producer — often in roles where pressure was high, and support was low. I’ve seen what burnout looks like up close, and I’ve helped hold space for the people trying to keep it together.
Through it all, curiosity has been my compass — not just a creative force, but a survival strategy.
As Einstein said, “I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.”

I’m not here to fix you. I’m not here to sell you a better version of yourself. And I don’t believe success means waking up at 5am, crushing your goals, and being “on” all the time.
I believe in helping people listen to themselves — really listen — and figure out what they actually want their life to look like.
Maybe that’s leading a team. Maybe it’s changing direction. Maybe it’s finally slowing down.
