The Lab is a transformative journey to well-being, balance, and a healthy and effective approach to leadership and management.
Today’s world is Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible (BANI), this is even more true for the entertainment industries.
Prioritizing wellbeing, nurturing emotional intelligence, antifragility, effective communication, and healthy leadership habits is more necessary than ever to thrive in the industry.
An online lab for professionals in the creative and entertainment industries, featuring a coach and up to 10 peers.
The lab encompasses discussions on stress and time management techniques, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and strategies for building high-performance teams.

An expert coach moderates each meeting, guiding confidential, structured, safe, and productive discussions.
Participants will have access to techniques, tips, scientific studies, and current best practices related to leadership, management, and well-being.

Format A - 3 days for 2 weeks
Format B - 2 days for 3 week
Matteo, an international film and television producer, leads the lab.
He is a coach certified in a master accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has studied emotional intelligence, management development, and leadership at EAE Business School in Barcelona.
He is also certified in Agile coaching and founder of The School Of Curiosity

The promotional fee for the lab is €299 (around $328) for the entire experience, with a full refund available for unsatisfied participants who provide feedback*

based on science and research (e.g., time-boxing, first thing first, busyness culture, work overload management)

Communication
Assertive and non-violent communication
Learn the basics of assertive and Marshall Rosenberg’s non-violent communication. Understand the structure, the benefits, and engage in some practice..
Practicing giving feedback
We all must give feedback; the way we do so can have a huge impact.

Effectively communicate with and manage creative talent. Discuss your take and what studies say.

Antifragility, not resilience
Explore how the concept of antifragility is replacing resilience and how this can change your perception of setbacks.
Mindfulness
Understand what it is, why it's not just fashionable new-age mumbo-jumbo, and how it can help you live more fully.
